How to get there

By road: The Lodge is 475 miles North of London, which is almost all motorway or dual-carriageway.

By air: The nearest airport is Edinburgh about an hour’s drive away.

By rail: Edinburgh and Glasgow are Motorail terminals. Some direct trains from London actually stop at Dunkeld. Perth is about 30 minutes drive away.

Directions

Just after the Butterstone village sign, on the A923 coming from Dunkeld towards Blairgowrie, take the first left turn and continue on the single carriageway road up the hill for about a mile to where the road forks.

Take the right fork to Riechip across the cattle grid. Continue down over a small bridge and then back up the hill to another cattle grid at the entrance to the Lodge - you cannot miss it!
